2:58am Firefighters battled a fire that ignited several school buses at a yard in the 2300 block Industrial Way. Three buses were gutted.
6:39am A pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Rt. 37 at Hooper Ave. has EMS on the scene requesting a medivac helicopter for serious injuries.
1:43 p.m. A fatal police involved shooting that happened in that 100 block of Edgewood Drive had detectives on the scene investigating.
3:54 p.m. A large brush fire at the Winding River Park has firefighters on the scene battling about 5-6 acres of fire. No injuries reported
