Early morning gunfire sent one person to the hospital injured in Montclair.
Reports of shot fired on William Street had police rush to the scene where they located one person shot at that location.
The victim was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital in Paterson where their injuries were not immediately reported as life threatening.
A preliminary investigation at the scene revealed that the incident is the possible result of a domestic dispute.
The identification of the victim has not been released at this time.
There were no immediate reports of an arrest made.
