The Newark Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating family members or friends of Luis Alberto Lozano Herrero.
Herrero, who was born on March 24, 1974 in Spain, may have attended the Central University of Ecuador.
Anyone who knows the 42-year old or his family is being asked to call the Department's 24-hour "Crime Stoppers" anonymous tip line at 877 NWK-TIPS (877 695-8477) or NWK-GUNS (877 695-4867).
