A 19-year-old Franklin Township woman accused of killing her newborn baby was charged with murder, unlawfully disturbing, moving or concealing human remains and abuse or neglect of a child, according to the county prosecutor's office.
According to police, Jade Fanz, strangled her baby girl and disposed of her body.
On Feb. 27, police were called to Proposed Avenue where they found the child's corpse on the property.
Fanz is being held in default of $250,000 bail.
