A stabbing that happened inside a barbershop sent the owner to the hospital Saturday evening in Newark.
Police are looking for the suspect that walked into the barber shop located in the 400 block of Lyons Avenue (Pathmark Plaza) and stabbed the owner several times before fleeing the scene according to police.
The suspect is described as a 5'5" black male with a bald head and last seen wearing a grey sweater.
EMS transported the alert and conscious victim to the hospital where he was expected to make a full recovery.
The incident is under investigation by the Newark Police Department.
