Investigators are on the scene of a shooting with a man down in Newark at this time.
Reports of shots fired sent police to the 300 block of Irvine Turner Boulevard at around 10:25 a.m. where they located at least one male victim suffering injury from apparent gunfire.
There is a crime scene established and an investigation underway.
