Authorities are investigating an overnight stabbing that left a man and a woman injured during what police believe was a domestic dispute.
Police responded to the 100 block of Roseville Avenue for a report of a stabbing sometime around 3 a.m.
Units arrived to the scene to find a male victim suffering a stab injury to the head according to reports.
The victim was transported to University Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
A female victim was found inside the residence suffering a non-life threatening slash injury.
Detectives reportedly recovered a knife inside the residence that they believe was used in the stabbing.
