Surveillance Photos Released of Union Armed Robbery Suspects

Police in Union Township have release surveillance photos of two men accused of robbing a township gas station at gunpoint.

Members of the Union Police Department responded to Express Fuel at 2674 Morris Avenue at 8:34 p.m. on a report of a robbery on Jan. 13th.

Officers on scene determined the attendant had been held up by two men, one of whom had a handgun.

The attendant was in the office area of the gas station, when two men wearing masks came inside.

One of the suspects accosted the worker and held him by his jacket while the other looked for money in the office.

When no money was found, they took approximately $300 in cash from the attendant and his cell phone.

The suspects then fled on foot towards Liberty Avenue.

The first suspect was described as a black male, last seen wearing white sneakers, blue jeans, blue bubble jacket, orange hooded sweatshirt, with a blue/orange baseball type hat.

The second suspect, is described as a white or Hispanic male, with a goatee. He was last seen wearing a white sneakers, gray jeans, black jacket, black hooded sweatshirt and a black baseball type hat.
