Paterson police are investigating a stabbing that occurred on 21st Avenue early this morning.
Police were alerted of a stabbing in the 400 block of 21st Avenue after a man - bleeding heavily - arrived to St. Joseph's Hospital in a private vehicle.
Officers investigating the crime scene, requested EMS after a second victim was found at that location sometime around 3:30 a.m.
The second victim appears to have been the victim of an assault.
The names and sex of the victims are being withheld at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
