Authorities in Clifton are investigating an armed carjacking at gunpoint that happened in the city a short time ago.
Police were called to the 100 block of Dawson Ave. shortly before 4 p.m. for reports of a carjacking in progress. Police arrived to the scene where they located the victim who told them that a black male approached with a gun and demanded the vehicle.
The carjacked vehicle is a red 2004 Acura with a reported NJ license plate number "P75-FCL".
There were no physical injuries reported.
