Authorities Seize Over $20K Worth of Drugs Inside Irvington Home

According to Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura announced the arrest of three people that were reportedly caught with more than $20,000 in drugs Friday.

Friday around 9 a.m., members of his Bureau of Narcotics executed a search warrant at 69-71 Stockman Street.

Police there arrested 39-year-old William Annor (who was on a couch monitoring a closed circuit televisions), 54-year-old Lydia Brown and 34-year-old Quiana Diggs.

A search uncovered 1,033 envelopes of heroin stamped 'KING OF DEATH', at least 68 grams of methamphetamine, 22 grams of crack cocaine and 36 Xanax tablets stashed around the home.

Also among the search, officers found a number of Goya bean cans with false bottoms, which appears have been used for transporting the drugs.

The street value of the drugs seized was estimated at approximately $20,000, according to authorities.

The trio were each charged with drug possession and distribution offenses, as well as maintaining a fortified structure, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.

Annor was held on $250,00 bond and Diggs held on a $10,000 cash bond, but has since been released.

Brown was issued a $50,000 cash bond.
