Authorities in Newark are on the search for a male suspect who reportedly fled the scene of a crash that involved an ambulance.
Police are looking for a silver or light colored Dodge Dakota last seen heading eastbound on Springfield Ave. after colliding with an ambulance near Fairmont Ave.
The vehicle was occupied by at least one hispanic male driver and had a possible partial Alabama license plate number "8310".
There were no physical injuries immediately reported.
