Juan Navaral, 23, Male, Hispanic, 5'8", 160lbs, short hair, was last seen wearing a black and white baseball hat, blue shirt, blue demon shorts, and black sneakers.
He was last seen on 9/29/2015 at 10:45 a.m. at 429 Westfield Ave, Elizabeth, N.J.
