Authorities are on the scene of an attempted bank robbery that happened in the 60's block of Broad Street a short time ago.
Police responded to The Wells Fargo Bank at approximately 11:30 a.m. on reports of a bank robbery in progress when a suspect reportedly attempted to climb over the counter.
According to initial reports, officers swift response had police taking suspect into custody.
No injuries were reported contrary to initial reports.
