A 16-year-old teen died last night after he was struck and killed by a vehicle that fled the scene.
Police responded to Oak and Beech streets at approximately 8:45 p.m. for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle who fled the scene.
The teen was transported to St. Joseph's Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
According to police, the driver has been identified and the vehicle has been recovered.
However, no arrest has been made.
