An Elizabeth mother, who relies on her bicycle for transportation, is hoping that someone recognizes a male seen on surveillance allegedly taking her bicycle.
According to the victim, at approximately 3:15 p.m. she arrived to Dr. Orlando Edreira Academy No. 26 - located in the 600 block of Westminster Avenue - to pick up her child. When she returned, her bicycle was gone.
Police were called to the school and a report was filed. However, school surveillance captured the moment when the bicycle was stolen.
The mother is hoping that someone recognizes the individual in the video and contact the Elizabeth Police Department - (908) 558-2000 -with information.
