She was later transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, where she awaits her first court appearance.

The crash occurred in the early hours of November 15, 2024. Around 12:30 a.m., Kearny police responded to a collision near Newark-Jersey City Turnpike and Fish House Road. Officers arrived to find a Jeep Compass, allegedly driven by Molesky, that had collided with a Ford F-150.

The driver of the Ford, a 56-year-old man from Pennsylvania, sustained serious injuries in the crash.

Authorities have not released further details on his current condition.

During the initial investigation, police determined that Molesky was driving recklessly and under the influence at the time of the crash.

She was issued motor vehicle summonses for reckless driving and driving while intoxicated.

Following months of investigation by the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit, Molesky now faces additional charges, including aggravated assault and assault by auto.
