Authorities in Newark request the public’s help in identifying the suspect concerning the burglary of a victim’s vehicle on February 24.

Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. stated that at approximately 4:10 p.m., two suspects were captured on the vehicle’s camera walking in the 600 block of South 20th Street.

One of the suspects entered the car and removed the victim’s book bag, and both of them fled south on South 20th Street.

Director Miranda urges anyone with information about the suspects' identity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
