Authorities in Newark request the public’s help locating Ebony N. Gay, 35, of Newark, who was reported missing on March 3.
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. stated that Gay, diagnosed with Schizophrenia, may not be taking her medication and was last seen in the 50 block of Clifton Avenue.
According to Newark officials, Gay, described as Black, weighs 260 pounds, has brown eyes, and black hair.
She may be in a Newark shelter, but the clothing she was wearing is not known, Newark Police say.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on Gay’s whereabouts to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
