Authorities in Middlesex County announced that a Trenton man has been charged in connection with a Homicide that occurred in Plainsboro.
Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone stated that on January 30, authorities received a call reporting that Victoria Lee, 26, of Plainsboro, was missing.
The Plainsboro Police Department began their search for Ms. Lee and on February 25, the Plainsboro Police Department discovered Lee deceased, MCPO officials said.
MCPO authorities say that an investigation led by Officer Daniel Larocca of the Plainsboro Police Department and Detective Stephanie Redline of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office determined that Rahim Johnson, 43, of Trenton, was living with Lee and was the last person to see her alive before she was reported missing.
Plainsboro Police said that on February 26, Johnson was arrested without incident and charged with first-degree Murder, third-degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, and fourth-degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose.
Johnson is being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center pending the results of a Pre-trial detention hearing, Middlesex County authorities said.
