Authorities are searching for a suspect who carried out an armed robbery at a Jersey City liquor store late Tuesday night.
According to police, officers were dispatched to 656 Tonnelle Avenue at approximately 10:27 p.m. after receiving reports of a robbery in progress.
Upon arrival, they learned that an armed suspect had entered the store, brandished a firearm, and stolen several bottles of liquor before fleeing the scene in a light-colored vehicle.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident.
The investigation remains active as law enforcement officials work to identify and locate the suspect. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Jersey City Police Department.
