Authorities in Paterson are actively searching for suspects involved in a series of armed robberies across the city on Monday night.
According to initial reports, police attempted to stop a vehicle around 9:40 p.m., believed to be linked to multiple armed robberies.
The driver fled, leading officers on a pursuit that extended onto Route 46 in Clifton. The suspects managed to evade capture.
Earlier, the suspects reportedly robbed a gas station near NJ-20 and 20th Avenue, taking an undisclosed amount of cash.
Investigators believe the same individuals are responsible for at least two additional robberies in the area.
No injuries have been reported in connection with the incidents.
The investigation remains active, and police are urging anyone with information to contact the Paterson Police Department.
