A man's decomposed body found floating in the city's East Lake has authorities investigating.
A person fishing in the lake around 3:30 p.m yesterday notified police after spotting the body.
As of today, there is no indication of foul play, despite the body's decomposed condition.
According to witnesses, a person was seen swimming around 7:30 p.m. Saturday matching the clothing - blue jeans, a green and white reversible basketball jersey with the No. 3 on the back and the word "Alcones" with a basketball hoop on the front and a retro-style Philadelphia 76ers baseball cap - found on northeast embankment of the lake believed to belong to the man.
The victim has not been identified but police described him as a Hispanic male, between 30 and 40 years old, approximately 5'3" tall with a thin to medium build and black medium-length hair.
