Bergen County authorities are searching for the driver involved in a hit-and-run incident in East Rutherford on Wednesday evening that left a pedestrian injured.
The incident occurred around 8:20 p.m.
Police issued a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) alert to regional municipalities for a dark-colored Audi with reported Maryland license plate number "4FH1185," which fled the scene after striking the pedestrian.
The victim’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening at this time.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident or the vehicle to contact East Rutherford Police.
