Bloomfield Township Police are searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery at a local business during the overnight hours.
Officers responded to reports of a robbery in progress at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 313 Franklin Avenue.
Upon arrival, employees informed police that a male suspect, armed with a firearm, had entered the establishment and brandished the weapon while demanding cash.
The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money and remains at large. No physical injuries were reported during the incident.
Bloomfield Police are urging anyone with information about the robbery or the suspect's whereabouts to contact their department immediately.
The investigation is ongoing.
