Firefighters in Hunterdon County responded to a late-night fire involving an electric vehicle inside a residential garage on the single-digit block of Pasture Hill Road, authorities said.
Crews were dispatched shortly before 11:55 p.m. following reports of a fire inside the garage. Upon arrival, firefighters located a Ford F-150 EV fully engulfed in flames.
They quickly stretched two fire hoses to combat the blaze.
The fire was brought under control in less than 30 minutes.
Following a thorough search of the vehicle and surrounding area, officials confirmed that no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation. Fire officials have not yet released further details regarding the incident.
