Paterson Police are investigating a late-night shooting that caused property damage in a residential neighborhood but left no reported injuries.
Around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to reports of gunfire near 257 Hamilton Avenue.
Upon arrival, they found evidence of a shooting, including multiple bullet impacts on a home in the area.
Fortunately, none of the occupants inside were struck by the gunfire. The suspect fled the scene before police arrived and remains at large.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident, but no further details have been released at this time.
