Authorities in Bergen County announced the arrest of 48-year-old Jason S. McNeill of Wyckoff on charges of theft by deception and forgery.

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella stated the arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck.AdOfficials said in April 2024, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Financial Crimes Unit received information alleging Jason S. McNeill's involvement in a fraudulent investment scheme.
