Authorities in Mercer County are working to determine the location of a shooting that left one person injured late Sunday night.
According to the investigation, officials at Capital Health Regional Medical Center notified police just before 11 p.m. when a gunshot victim arrived at the emergency room.
Police interviewed the victim and searched areas where they believed the shooting might have occurred, but as of yet, no confirmed crime scene has been located.
The investigation remains active and ongoing, and the victim is expected to recover.
Authorities are continuing efforts to piece together the details of the incident.
