Authorities in Bloomfield are searching for a suspect involved in the robbery of a woman outside a local dispensary earlier this month.
The incident occurred on September 2 at Night Jar Dispensary, located at 549 Bloomfield Avenue.
According to the police report, the female victim told officers that a man approached her and attempted to steal a bag of marijuana edibles she had purchased legally from the dispensary.
After a brief struggle, the woman fell to the ground, and the suspect fled with the $31.50 worth of edibles.
The Bloomfield Police Department is actively investigating the case and encourages anyone with information to come forward.
