New Brunswick Pastor Charged with Explicit Contact Involving Juvenile

Authorities in Middlesex County announced that a New Brunswick Pastor was charged with Explicit Contact and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone stated that on August 28, Detective Daniela Castro of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office and Detective William Coleman of the New Brunswick Police Department commenced an investigation regarding allegations of explicit contact upon a juvenile victim.

According to officials by Roby D. Cruz-Hernandez, 61, of Somerset, a Pastor at Iglesia Pentecostal El Mesias.

After that, Cruz-Hernandez was arrested without incident at his home in Somerset, officials said. 

Officials say Cruz-Hernandez was charged with second-degree Explicit Contact and third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
