Newark Woman Wanted for Questioning in Central Ward Shooting Incident

Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé is asking for the public's help in locating Quaderrah Starks, 32, of Newark, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting that injured a victim on August 18. 

The shooting occurred around 12:14 a.m. at the intersection of West Kinney Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard.Ad According to authorities, the victim had parked his car in the 100 block of West Kinney Street and was walking toward Martin Luther King Boulevard when he passed three males.

Shortly after, the victim heard several gunshots, one of which struck him in the leg.

Quaderrah Starks, a Black female, is described as 5’7” tall, weighing 127 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
