A Cumberland County man has admitted to possessing explicit images of minors, U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger announced Wednesday.

Raymond Stickelman, 38, of Vineland, New Jersey, pleaded guilty in Camden federal court before U.S. District Judge Karen M. Williams to one count of possession of explicit images of minors.

Following his plea, Stickelman was released on a $100,000 unsecured bond.

According to court documents and statements, law enforcement agents executed a search warrant at Stickelman's residence in November 2021.

During the search, they discovered an electronic file storage device containing over 500 files with explicit images of minors.

Stickelman admitted to owning the device and the files it contained.

The charge of possessing explicit images of minors carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. Stickelman's sentencing is scheduled for January 7, 2025.
