Authorities in Newark are searching for several suspects involved in an armed robbery that took place in the city's South Ward early Tuesday morning.
Police received reports of the incident shortly before 3 a.m. in the area of Miller Street and Brunswick Street.
Upon arrival, officers located the victim, who reported being robbed by up to four armed individuals.
The suspects fled the scene immediately after stealing personal items. No physical injuries were reported.
The suspects remain at large, and police are actively investigating the case as they work to apprehend those responsible for the robbery.
