NJ Man Charged with Explicit Contact, Child Endangerment

Authorities in Middlesex County announced that a Spotswood man was charged with Aggravated Explicit Contact, Explicit Contact, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone stated Detective John Fedak of the Spotswood Police Department and Detective Ryan Kirsh of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office commenced an investigation regarding allegations of explicit contact by Raymond Remus, 45, of Spotswood, upon two juvenile victims.

Officials stated that on August 22, Remus was arrested without incident and charged with first-degree Aggravated Explicit Contact, second-degree Explicit Contact, and second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Remus is being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center pending his Pre-Trial Detention hearing results, officials said.
