According to Mays Landing officials, Steven Martinez, 30, Timothy Davis, 27, and Malik Boone, 30, all from Egg Harbor City, NJ, were charged with Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder, and weapons offenses related to the death of Demond Cottman on August 7.
Currently, Martinez and Davis are incarcerated, while Boone is still a fugitive at large.
They say that the three men allegedly shot two individuals on November 25, 2016, at approximately 1:15 a.m.
The Hamilton Township Police Department responded to the parking lot of the Hamilton Mall for reports of shots fired.
Upon arrival, police identified the two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. One of those individuals, Cottman, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
