By: Richard L. Smith

Good morning! North Jersey residents should prepare for another humid day. Temperatures have already hit 76 degrees this Tuesday morning under partly cloudy skies.SupportWhile some spotty showers are expected in parts of North Jersey this morning, they're not anticipated to significantly disrupt day-to-day activities.

Today presents an excellent opportunity for those considering a trip to the shore, despite the National Weather Service predicting a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 11 a.m.

The day will remain partly sunny with highs nearing 89 degrees, accompanied by a south wind blowing at 7 to 13 mph.

Come nightfall, the chance of showers and thunderstorms increases, with more persistent showers likely and a possible thunderstorm after 2 a.m.

The night will be mostly cloudy, with temperatures dropping to a low of around 75 degrees.

Enjoy your day, stay prepared for intermittent rain, and make the most of the warm weather in New Jersey.
