Early Morning Two-Alarm Fire Ravages Bayonne Home

An early morning blaze devastated a residence in Bayonne on Monday.NinosFirefighters responded to a call at 73 West 32nd Street just before 3:50 a.m. Upon arrival, they encountered a two-story house fully engulfed in flames, which threatened to extend to adjacent properties.

Firefighters quickly deployed several hose lines and battled the intense flames that had overtaken the structure's second floor.

Due to the severity of the fire, a second alarm was struck to summon additional manpower to the scene.

The fire teams bravely entered the home and extinguished the fire that had breached through the roof.

As of 5:20 a.m., there have been no injuries reported. The cause of the fire is currently under active investigation.

Bayonne firefighters' prompt and effective response prevented the fire from causing further damage to neighboring homes.
