Authorities in Middlesex County announced that a Perth Amboy man has been arrested and charged with possessing Explicit Materials Involving Minors and public Lewdness.

Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said Osbourne Daubon, 19, of Perth Amboy, was arrested on July 10 without incident and charged with one count of third-degree Possession of Explicit Materials Involving Minors and one count of fourth-degree Lewdness.

After receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the New Jersey State Police, Daubon was charged following an investigation by Detective Kayla Hueston of the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, officials stated.

Officials said Daubon’s cellphone was seized and forensically examined, where further evidence was recovered, including Explicit Materials Involving Minors and numerous videos of Daubon on the streets of Perth Amboy exposing himself to juveniles and adult females.

Authorities say on July 11, Daubon was subsequently charged with two counts of second-degree Explicit Contact, two counts of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Engaging in Explicit Conduct, two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Explicit Contact, and one count of fourth-degree Lewdness.

The investigation is active and continuing, officials say.
