Police Seek Help Locating Woman Wanted for Questioning in Newark Robbery Investigation

Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé is requesting the public’s help in locating Sa Jadah N.M.AdHodge, 22, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a robbery that occurred on Monday, May 20, 2024.

At approximately 5:54 a.m., police responded to a robbery call in the 80 block of 16th Avenue.

The victim, waiting at a bus stop, was approached by two Black males who exited a white 2017 Infiniti Q70 on Littleton Avenue.

The suspects demanded the victim's personal belongings, who complied by handing over a bookbag containing two cell phones, debit and credit cards, and other personal items.

The suspects then fled in the Infiniti, driven by an unknown third suspect, traveling eastbound on 16th Avenue.AdThe vehicle, registered to Sa Jadah May Hodge, had a temporary license plate (C070959) and was captured on surveillance video returning to the 100 block of 7th Street.

Hodge, described as 5’4” tall with a medium brown complexion, uses the aliases Jadah May Hodge, Jada Hodge, and Sa Jadah Hodge.

The vehicle has been flagged as a felony vehicle.

Director Fragé urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Sa Jadah N.M. Hodge is to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
