Early Monday morning, Trenton police were called to the scene of a violent stabbing in the 700 block of Monmouth Street.
The incident, reported at approximately 1:05 a.m., resulted in serious injuries for one individual.
Upon their arrival, officers found an unidentified person with a stab wound to the chest. The victim was quickly transported to a nearby hospital and is currently listed in serious condition.
The circumstances leading to the stabbing, including the motive, have not yet been confirmed by police, leaving critical details of the case still under investigation.
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
