Early Saturday morning, a pedestrian was struck and killed in Gloucester Township.
Authorities responded to the incident, which occurred just before 3 a.m. in the 1500 block of Old Black Horse Pike.
Upon arrival, police and emergency medical services discovered an unidentified individual suffering from severe injuries. Tragically, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Camden County Prosecutor's Office has been notified and is involved in the ongoing investigation.
