On Sunday night, Passaic Police officers rushed to Columbia Street and Ann Street following reports of gunfire.The incident, reported at approximately 11:51 p.m., prompted an immediate police response to the location, where they successfully identified a potential crime scene.
Units arrived at the scene and said no injuries were reported as the gunfire struck no one.
The situation remains under investigation, with authorities actively seeking leads and evidence to clarify the circumstances surrounding the event.
The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, led by Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, along with Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman, has issued a call for witnesses or anyone with information related to the incident to come forward.
