Paterson Police are on the search for an armed suspect following a robbery at the Conoco Gas Station on McBride Avenue.
The incident occurred on Friday night around 9:25 p.m., prompting officers to rush to the scene after receiving reports of an armed robbery in progress.
Upon arrival, police were informed by gas station employees that a man, concealing his identity with a full-face mask, had brandished a gun and demanded money.
The employees complied, and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. Fortunately, no physical injuries were reported during the robbery.
The suspect was last seen running from the scene and remains at large.
Paterson Police have launched an active investigation into the robbery, gathering evidence and seeking any leads that could help identify and apprehend the individual responsible.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward to assist with the ongoing investigation and help ensure the safety of the community.
