After a gloomy and rainy Saturday, residents of the Newark and North Jersey region can look forward to a much brighter second half of the weekend.
Sunday morning brings a mild start, with temperatures already in the upper 40s.
Today promises to be spectacular, with sunshine gracing the skies and temperatures expected to rise to a pleasant 64 degrees.
Although some patchy fog may linger until around 9 a.m., The National Weather Service said the day will overall be partly sunny, providing ample opportunity for outdoor activities.
NWS meteorologists said the sun will rise at approximately 6:26 a.m., heralding the arrival of a beautiful day.
As evening approaches, the weather will remain mostly cloudy, with temperatures dropping to around 47 degrees.
However, residents are encouraged to enjoy the pleasant weather while it lasts, as Monday is forecasted to bring a return of cloudy skies.
