The incident occurred at around 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday, prompting a swift response from local authorities.
Police were dispatched to the intersection of Walling Street and Washington Road following reports of an injured individual.
Upon arrival, they discovered an unconscious and unresponsive person lying on the ground. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) immediately sprang into action, administering CPR to the victim before swiftly transporting them to the hospital for urgent medical attention.
