NJ Lottery officials are reporting that two tickets have split the massive $2,407,446 jackpot in the Jersey Cash 5 draw on Monday, February 19.
Each ticket, matching all five numbers, is valued at an impressive $1,203,723.
Accoridng to NJ Lottery, the winning numbers for this significant draw were 03, 15, 24, 33, and 40, with an XTRA number of 05.
In a celebration of luck and chance, the retailers who sold these winning tickets are also set to receive a bonus.
Each store will be awarded a $2,000 bonus check for selling a winning ticket.
Highlighting the local impact of this windfall, one of the winning tickets was sold in Essex County, specifically at Crosstown Liquors, located at 196 12th Ave. in Newark.
This marks a momentous occasion for the Newark community, bringing excitement and a buzz to the area.
The other ticket found its lucky owner in Burlington County. It was purchased at White Eagle Liquor, situated at 651 Saint Mihiel Dr. in Riverside.
