EMS transported a male victim suffering burns to St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston after a cooking accident on the 60 block of Geneva Street that left the man injured.
The 54-year-old man was allegedly cooking when he had a medical emergency shortly after 1 p.m., according to reports.
The man was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital with burn injuries to both hands.
The man's injuries appear to be non-life threatening at this time.
