The son of the mayor, 18, and a 19-year-old, were both charged with several counts of criminal mischief in connection to a string of graffiti incidents in the area.
Kyle Conway, son of Barnegat mayor Susan McCabe, was charged with eight counts of criminal mischief.
While, Johnnie Johnson was charged was charged with six counts of criminal mischief last week.
According to police, the two young men posted a video on social media about their actions.
The two are accused of doing graffiti on several buildings, a billboard along Route 9 and a box truck owned.
Both have been released without bail.
