Newark Police officials are reaching out to the community for help in finding 17-year-old Zaire Rivers from Newark, who has been reported missing since October 9.
In an effort to gather more information, the police have released a description of Zaire, noting that he stands 5'6" tall, weighs approximately 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black North Face vest, blue jeans, and white Nike sneakers.
The department's Director Fragé is urging anyone with information regarding Zaire Rivers' current whereabouts to come forward.
The public is encouraged to contact the Police Division's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
Director Fragé emphasizes that all tips received through the Crime Stoppers line remain confidential, and information leading to Zaire's location may be eligible for a reward.
As the search continues, the Newark community is hopeful for Zaire's safe return.
